Drew (manager) kept me from making a bad matter worse when I thought I knew how to fix a problem. (I cannot elaborate). Due to it being close to the end of the day, Drew went through options with me and helped facilitate the best course of action for my truck. The fact of the matter is, his solution was not the most profitable for him but made the most sense for me. What I found, after observing the employees and Drew’s direction to them, was Drew insisted and instilled a sense of pride in doing what is best for the customer. Whether it meant staying open a little longer to make sure an issue is handled or giving a little more input to ensure safety was not put at risk. I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised by the level of pride taken in doing the work that the whole shop displayed. I am not from the area so there was no expectation of return business simply ensuring I made it on my way and was happy with their work. I have never been more happy to provide feedback! Will probably switch business because this one is just as friendly and professional and a lot easier to get into. We did come on a week day. Will probably not come on a weekend due to traffic.
