Unknowingly left the service with oil trailing out behind, low oil pressure light comes on so I turn around. Workers immediately start trying to figure out the issue. After 4-5 minutes one comes by to tell me the gasket for the filter failed. Meanwhile I had already heard the boss man come out and ask why something was unbolted while it shouldn't have been. He then proceeded to tell an employee to get me a "card". A free oil change, up to $54 value that has a 12/31/25 expiration, but my oil change was $91 and now I need a car wash to get all the oil out from under the car, not another oil change.
