- MTMrs TlgFeb 21, 20265.0Nick was fantastic! After ongoing issues with reservations, Nick made sure to go the extra mile to help our family. Our rental became undrivable due to a key fob issue. I was stranded in a Tennessee town as a result. Another day of lost travel time and wanting disappointing our 6 youngest children. Nick did his very best. He had to recreate a new reservation. That unfortunately took more time away. Which doesn't fall on him but the Roadside Assistance rep who made the mistake. Customers keep their vehicles longer which affects other reservations. That responsibility isn't the employees fault. It creates a bad experience nonetheless. Nick... We appreciate you and thank you for going the extra mile to get our family back home safely in a vehicle we can fit in.

We made a later than normal decision to rent a car at 3:30 pm- employee called and in his words wanted to avoid any hiccups by gathering info. We went to pick the car up at 5 and they proceeded to say they didn’t have the car available that we reserved online.

I made a reservation & I called 2 days prior to make sure everything was still good & I was informed that I wasn't able to complete the transaction due to not having a major credit card after being told that my bank card was an acceptable form of payment. They told me all I needed was a card with my name on it & a valid driver's license. So make sure they give all information you need to rent a car. I thought I asked all the questions I needed to.
