Jelan Pearson, who goes by Lonnie, was the associate that set me up. He was professional, courteous, friendly and answered all my questions. It's nice to see this when usually customer service is just words or a title. I'll definitely go back to this branch in the future. I only do reviews when it's terrible or very satisfactory, so take it for what it's worth. Try this location out and you will see what I mean. Jelan (Lonnie)Pearson's business card reads Management Trainee. Let me say this in closing. - LFLeita FreyOct 25, 20253.0Never had an issue with Enterprise itself but rented a car through Expedia which showed availability however they had no cars when I got there. They offered other cars at a secondary location 30 minutes away but when you factor in the Uber cost to get to here and the secondary location, renting a car for the day was no longer economical. My advice is call ahead and make sure they actually have cars when renting through a third party.
