- JKJoy KirbyMar 31, 20261.0Ordered a part online so I could get my discount. When I went to get the part (front caliper) I asked him to make sure it went to the driver side. Stated nope passanger. I asked to exchange it told me he could only refund online orders, thats the part I purchased. I showed him where online it didn't state left or right and that they were the same price. He said I can refund it and you can purchase left. I said ok he's like I'll have to put money back on card. Asked to speak to manager said there wasnt one available. Everyone knows it's hours to weeks till you get it back. That's all the money I have and I'm broke down at another store. So I'm suppose to sleep in truck till it hits cause I have no family or friends close by and I don't want the store to tow it. So be warned if you buy parts online all the store will do is refund. Absolutely no help or compassion.

The gentleman’s name that helped me was Zack he was very knowledgeable and respectful with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this place. Not to mention I had to change the hub out in their parking lot and they didn’t have a problem with it. They even allowed me to wash my hands afterwards. Thank you again Zack.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
