  Experience is a great word for describing my transaction with Jones, I know the one key on used vehicles is a standard now but $500.00 dollars for an extra key at the dealership is some bull it takes the YEAH I LOVE my new truck down the tube . At least say you’re going to deduct the &500.00 from the price, key maker’s can’t program an aftermarket fob because Ford has it blocked. All this should be transparent information when purchasing

  Jones Nissan in Savannah, TN is above all my favorite dealership. I highly recommend them. The customer service there are so polite and helpful. Went for a maintenance on my vehicle for a tire rotation and oil change and they did a great job and was quick to get us in and out at a timely manner. Thank you Jones Nissan and all their wonderful group they have there, you all do such a great job. Definitely gonna keep doing business with them.

  I sit here st 3 in the morning just thinking about the service that I received st this place. You can tell they really care about their customers. I have bout over 10 vehicles in the last 20 years from all over from toyota to other Nissan dealerships. Jones Nissan is the best place I have ever dealt with. I am handicap right now but when I tell you that they made me feel so comfortable and they were so polite. The first finance manager and the entire staff are truly great people. I recommend for those looking for a vehicle with 0 hassle to go to Jones Nissan in Savanna TN. I forgot my sale name but I think it was Justin. He's a great salesman. Please go and see these guys. You want be disappointed at all.

  I am posting this review here and everywhere else I can post one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! We thought my daughter a 2020 Landrover Discovery with low miles and supposedly excellent condition. We saw it online as we live in MS. Called and spoke with a salesman, who was polite and worked with us on getting this done online-that part was a breeze tbh-but we learned a valuable lesson. Never trust a car salesman. Never trust JONES NISSAN!!! Within weeks we need to have all brakes replaced. Like 9 days. Came not clean. Missing a floor mat. After the brake issue, we called and they said they would “help us out” and sent us $600. That’s a fraction of the cost for front and back brakes for these vehicles. After that it was one thing after another. To the point it is now at the shop AGAIN and needs $100-$12k worth of work done to it. We’ve already spent $2500. We bought two extended warranty from Jones that they promised were great companies and NOTHING. They won’t pay a penny. Called Jones and the Manager on site at Jones Nissan in Savannah, TN was so rude and arrogant. He of course was no help or even in the slightest remorseful about selling us a Lemon! We paid top dollar for this vehicle and our mechanic said there’s absolutely no way they didn’t know all this was going on with it. They are liars and falsely promoted the sale of this vehicle as top notch car and 100% it is the farthest thing from that. Do not ever buy from this dealership!!! Awful.
