  From the moment I called about a 2026 Yukon Denali, the customer service at Jones GMC was outstanding. Makinsi, Kelan in sales, and Will in finance were all professional, informative, and incredibly helpful. They answered all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really impressed me was the follow-up after delivery and again a week later to make sure everything was going well. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend Jones GMC!

  The Guys @ Jones GMC made Sure I left with the car i came for, Paul White was on top of it, Keelan broke it all down for me, & Mallory was Very thorough on the paperwork. I feel like they stood on Business, I'm pleased.

  I decided to drive 2 hours to Jones GMC on a Friday morning because of the large selection of pre-owned trucks all in one place and of course for the lifetime warranty. There was a Jones dealership closer but they didn't have the truck selection and I wanted to actually drive the truck before I purchased it. I didn't want to wait for the vehicle to get moved from one dealership to the next. I must admit I am not an easy customer. I know about as much about trucks as most girls and I liked the truck I had but I knew the truck I was currently driving was starting to have issues and was going to start costing me big money. I take care of my elderly dad and my family depends on me so I needed something dependable fast. My salesman, Brad Culp, was so patient with me as we went over every feature I was looking for, test driving several. I ended up buying my new ( to me) Earl, a beautiful black F150 lariat. As soon as I got Earl home I noticed a tail light was just completely gone. I immediately contacted my salesman, Brad Culp. I was ready to get the run around because it wasn't a new sale and the deal was done. I new the service department was closed for the weekend and Dad had a doctor's appointment in Memphis Monday afternoon and I had a new truck I couldn't drive, not legally. Brad went above and beyond. He sent a driver the 2 hours to my house to pick my truck up and bring me a vehicle to drive until my truck was fixed. They brought my truck back perfect and with a full tank of gas the next day. I was very impressed and will be a lifetime customer!! Thank you, Brad!!
