- CKClifford KimmelJul 13, 20251.0This place is a joke. I walked in to buy brake cleaner, and an idiot behind the counter starts angrily screaming at me. I made eye contact to see what his issue was. There were about twelve people in red shirts at the far end of the counter that seemed to be having a beer party. I replied back to the individual who was becoming more and more aggressive and on auto repeat. I told him that I was just looking for a few things, but he just kept bombarding me with verbally offensive comments. I replied, " No thank you, I don't need any help right now". At that point, several of the beer party members formed up and charged at me and threatened to beat me up and throw me out of the store. Then, a guy with a plastic manager pin on his shirt came charging at me yelling not to talk to his employee that way. It was a completely unbelievable experience from a gang of thugs and bullies who acted aggressively toward a customer. Rogersville AutoZone is loosing money because of their aggressive attitude creating a threatening environment toward their customers.
