I have mixed feelings about the employees at Rogersville, there are a couple of employees who are knowledgeable and can actually help you and give you advice but the majority of the employees I dont think could change their own oil. I don't mind if they don't know the answer to my question especially a repair question but what I do make me is when I ask for advice or an opinion on a repair and they answer me like they know exactly what i am talking about and what I need to do but they really dont have a clue. If you don't know then just say you don't know so I can ask someone who does know and can actually help. It wastes my time and costs me money.
