- DDDonald DApr 30, 20265.0Top notch service by the team at Big Z. From Miss Jill up front to Zach in the shop and everyone in between. Miss Jill walked me through pricing and scheduling, answering my one too many questions. I brought my 2007 CTS-V in for an alignment after installing coilover suspension. Zach gave me a quick heads up that the rear toe arms were seized. He still aligned the front quickly and gave me a print out of the specs. I replaced the parts I needed and brought it back a few weeks later along with 2 new tires to install. They banged it out quickly and didn't charge me for another alignment. Definitely will be my go to for tires and alignments from now on. Great group of people working there!
