Immediately after I heard a loud crash, 3 employees from Valvoline ran across the street to check on all those involved in the accident and made sure they were safe and ok to wait for emergency responders. Often all we hear about are apathy and rudeness, but these 3 employees, Gray, Blake and Christian, personify what's right in the world today and I truly appreciate their actions (even though I was not directly involved).

This is a GREAT team and they took care of me. A lot of automotive places just want to siphon your pocket, these folks made recommendations but weren't pushy. Can't recommend this place enough. Gray and Leo were amazing when tending to my questions and needs. They both were very kind and made sure to do their work with a smile. The energy that this location was super calm and I’m very grateful for that. Jackie was wonderful as well. I had experiences and interactions with other employees that were just as great, but I didn’t get their names. This experience has changed my entire Valvoline experience.
