I informed the manager and he submitted the claim. Corporate denied it twice even after informing them it’s not just an antenna. I will never recommend Zips at any location to anyone nor will I ever be back to any of their locations. I have let several people know about this experience and they will not be going to any zips either.

Their wash will break your vehicle, and they will not access the damage that needs to be fixed. on 10-10-25 we brought our vehicle in to be washed; their sign says damage to antennas is not their fault. We have a GPS Module on the top of our vehicle that their car wash ripped off the roof. They claim it's an antenna. $1400 fix because of their crappy car wash. My husband warned me not to go there after all of the other people's reviews stated they had paint issues as well as other damages. I should've listened. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND DO NOT GO.
