- TBTori BarnardJan 5, 20261.0I haven't bought much from Advance Auto in several years.But here lately I did and bought Booster cables,and a thermostate.Neither did i need due to the fact my friend brought me my heavy duty cables,to me.The thermostat and gasket I returned while I paid cash.My friend had ordered my parts from Auto Zone,.So I was told by the guy (employee) at Advance Auto I couldn't return either for some reason.I asked to speak to a higher up and was turned down.Again i asked for a reason with no answer to my question.Except he doesnt know.Btw,.These parts didnt even make it out of the packs.And paid cash for.I,m very upset.!!I will not buy anything ever from this store and I will tell everyone I know never to either.If that employee needs the sales put him in a higher profitable store.Or get rid of him.Also the day before when I went in to buy for the parts, there were 2 guys buying a die hard battery and they were paying for it when they noticed that the battery had been put back on the shelf. It had some sort of sticker on it saying it was returned. It was the same employee helped me.They asked him why it had sticker had it been returned he said no.But the other guy told him he needed to get a nother battery.Not been returned.So what does that tell you.Be aware.of this employee or ???

I watched 3 other people walk out before I did before I promptly went to oreilleys where they had ample staff and was in and out in 5 minutes. Quit understaffing your stores or continue to lose business.
