  Have had a few issues with this location. So I have an item the app says return to any location. Staff tells me it has to be the dunlap store however the app says any location. When I asked if they wont Honor the app she replied "I cant" well i cant believe i didnt use advanced in the first place

  Needed s battery replaced (for the 2nd time might I add) that’s still under warranty. Just had it replaced a few months ago. Couldn’t remember the name of the shop it was under so I had to wait for the shop to call the store. The guy who waited on me informed me he needed to contact his manager before hand (after retesting the battery) and when he returned informed me they couldn’t do an exchange due to not being able to verify that it was the shop owner that called. All they required the first time I walked in this evening was the shop it was under. Literally made this exchange a few months back simply by the shop owner calling and verifying this information. Not my first bad experience at this store for sure. Highly recommend doing business elsewhere besides autozone’s in general but most definitely one besides this one.
