(Fyi: There is a coupon on their website that makes it only $5)The scrub guy at the start of the wash only did the driver's side front - then did my tailgate. When I parked to vacuum, I noticed that my truck was still pretty wet & my tailgate was still covered in soap. I just used their towels to dry it off. They do have a guarantee that if you aren't happy, they will do it again, but I figured that the soap would still be on the truck the second time around do I didn't bother. Over all, for $5 I can't complain, but had I paid 20 something I'd be a little upset.

The actual wash equipment doesn't clean your vehicle and many require running through a second time. Secondly, the rags are seldom replenished, or a too wet from lack of drying time to actually work.

They need all the help they can get. I just signed up for a membership. I checked their Google business page and it says they are open until 8pm. I pulled in at 6:02pm and they were closed. Seems like a bad business model especially since there is a car show going on right now in Pigeon Forge. Myself and 4 other cars were turned away while employees emptied trash. They obviously don’t intend on updating their hours.
