- SVScott VandiverApr 20, 20261.0I have been to this location a couple of times. They told me the last time that my engine air filter needed to be changed but they did not stock my size. They said pick one up and they would change on the next oil change. This is what I did. Then removed my dirty one and stated they did not have my size, I handed them the one I bought. They stated it would be $5 for them to change it. I can understand if you sold my size but you do not. I told them to put the dirty back in and I would change it myself. It took a whole 30 seconds for me to change it. This is wrong to charge for this service when you do not sell the filter. It would have taken no longer for them to put the new one in vs putting the dirty one back in. I will think hard and long before i return to Valvoline or recommend anyone.

- SSSteve SmithApr 6, 20261.0I am a loyal customer with 4 vehicles. I use mobil 1 oil. So I bring my own oil. I have been paying 35 for 15 min of labor. ($140 hr) to change oil. I just went to do a oil change and was charged $58!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! ($240 HR TO CHANGE OIL). I can understand a modest price increase but 45%!!!! Really. Yiu just priced yiur self out of the market. I will no longer be a Customer anymore. My dealer doesn't charge $240 hr to work on my truck. And you think you need that to change oil. WOW.
