I made an appointment, typed in oil change and for a blown daytime light to be replaced. Was told they were too busy to do both even though they had the car pulled in and 2 hours before close. An oil change and a light bulb replacement? Also got charged for an OBD I didnt authorize, I only authorized the free inspection, which wasnt performed. Disappointed in the lack of desire to fulfill a requested appointment fully. Seems like if they're busy they cut corners.
