The young adults working went ahead started changing my oil and told me I didn’t have any leaks. Then later on found the leak told me that my oil pan gasket was leaking. Then proceeded to charge me $100 for my oil change. Like most people I probably wouldn’t have gotten an oil change, knowing my gasket needed to be changed. Called customer service and then spoke with the manager, Niko. He even admitted that I did ask them for that to look for a leak, but was little help. Did not offer a refund for their mistake, only a small 20% discount that they run year-round for anyone. Won’t be coming back to any Valvoline’s. Especially this one.
