There was one day open and they were finishing up the car that was in Bay one I sat for a few moments once the carpool out they have to stop on the timer and hit the start on mine. Everything went well up until about the seven minute mark when everyone just disappeared. All that was left to do was to check to make sure everything was correct. Oil had been put in. All I needed to do was crank the car up and let them check to make sure everything was satisfactory. Another car pulled in at about my 13 minute mark and service member came out and began servicing that car. Air pressure in the other car’s tires. I asked what was going on and why everybody had just stopped working on my car. At that point, he signaled for other folks to come and they finished up my car. I ended up pulling out 21 minutes after they started the clock, which was considerably longer than a couple of minutes after I got there. This was absolutely the slowest oil change I’ve ever experienced, including those I’ve done myself in my driveway. Nobody thanked me, just “you’re all done now” from outside of the bay. Definitely won’t be revisiting this location.
