I brought in a trailer wheel to have a new tire put on. Later, I was told there was no record of it in their system. While one employee even remembered me and the tire, there was no recollection of my wheel, and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I value this shop, but losing a customer’s wheel and offering no solution is unacceptable. I hope management takes responsibility and makes this right, because otherwise I can’t recommend them as I once did.”
