From the moment I pulled in the parking lot, the manager ran out to check what I was there for and direct me. Alley was very friendly and helpful. I prefer to do my oil myself usually because a lot of places act like I don't know what I'm doing just because I'm a girl. That was not my experience here at all! I was treated with so much respect and kindness. Jay let me know they would be able to fix all the issues they found on my car if I set an appointment which was super helpful information. Definitely will be returning! It was so quick and easy I barely had to think about it, they told me the price upfront.

I did speak with another manager afterward and appreciate the time they took to address the situation. However, my experience with the tire manager, Scott, was extremely disappointing. His behavior was unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating, and it reflected poorly on the shop’s corporate standards and customer service. Because of that, I would strongly recommend avoiding Scott for anything beyond the most basic tire work. The rest of the staff may uphold better service, but his lack of integrity and professionalism makes this a place I can no longer trust for anything more involved.
