Neither one acknowledged me at all. I waited about 10 minutes before the one behind the counter finally said something. I told him what I needed and the type of vehicle. He looked like he was lost. He looked at me again and said, "what was it you needed. " I told him again what I needed and he asked again what kind of vehicle it was. At that point I realized he didn't have a clue so I told him to just forget it and that I'd go somewhere else and left just shaking my head. Pathetic. I will not return to that store ever.
