  These guys are absolutely amazing. I’ve been going here for years and they have always been extremely nice, helpful, fast, and never take advantage or try to sell me on anything I don’t need. Cannot recommend any more highly.

  These guys a great people! They are so kind and helpful. Genuine and warm. Highly skilled and superbly knowledgeable. Hard working, fast and effective. They have a wide selection of quality brands priced at reasonable rates. The entire facility is clean, well organized, modern, and interesting. Comfortable atmosphere with clean seating. The air smelled inviting and fresh - a stark contrast from any other auto shop I've ever been to. Even the bathrooms were impeccable. I would recommend this place to everyone. I will continue to use Free Service in Oak Ridge for all my future needs.

  In and out in 5 minutes for what I thought was 1 tire plug. Later found out there were 2 that needed to be fixed. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with attention to detail! Great price and quick service. No run around like the "big business" auto shops. Straight to the point and very professional.
