I recently had my oil changed in oak ridge tn because it was convenient for me to do so at the time, well they forgot to put the clip back in on my shield no worries though because the employees at the midtown location fixed it for FREE of charge! They also do NOT pressure you into doing more maintenance work! 10/10 recommend

- SRspencer robertsDec 31, 20251.0If I could give a -10 star I would. I went in with my 4runner for a SIMPLE oil change, $100 later and them complaining about my skid plate not wanting to go back on. If the idiot that “put” the skid plate back on was paying attention, the 4 bolts go in certain slots, he put the two that go in the back in the front and the ones for the front in the back. The ones in the back, he did not even tighten them up all way. (can clearly see them in the picture) if you don’t know how to tighten a bolt in a skid plate might wanna get a different job. Hey also had a smart remark about if I was getting impatient I could put them on myself. I had never said a word about how long it was taking. I was just sitting the 4Runner waiting. Then they left oil a the hood of the vehicle. I don’t and will not recommend anyone going here. Also an impact isn’t needed for every nut and bolt but it is if you go there

Most unprofessional crew I have had underneath doing my oil change from what I could hear was the worst, all his complaining about his job he needs to go find another. He was complaining about my car said he was confused. Thats not the words i want to hear from a mechanic working on my car. being hard to get the filter off said it my be a Subaru and it is not.
- PPPreachermanDec 24, 20253.0NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GET EXTRA STUFF HERE. NOT FILTERS, NOT WIPERS, NOTHING. JUST OIL I wanted to overreact and give this place one star, but I will take some blame. They wanted to check a filter. I said sure, it was dirty, they asked if they could replace the filter, I said sure. THAT WAS MY MISTAKE. This filter typically cost 4 dollars, the most expensive I could find it for was 10 dollars. Now I expect a bit of an up charge, and that is fine. I was charged 60 dollars. 60 DOLLARS for a traditionally 4 dollar filter. I was not told the price befoee install NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GET EXTRA STUFF HERE. NOT FILTERS, NOT WIPERS, NOTHING. JUST OIL.
