But today we learned from our mechanic that my daughter's car has an oil leak and that any mechanic that has been under the car should've seen it. We knew something was wrong when she was always low on oil. She asked the service members to check on it a few times and all they did was make fun of her for not having enough oil in her car. They continued to change her oil and charge for a new filter when it wasn't necessary, and told her she didn't have an oil leak. Because of that oversight, her car is in the shop for repairs directly related to having that oil leak. We put our trust in you, Valvoline. Do better.
