They made it feel like a "tire spa" where you're treated nicely and even conversations are initiated in free moments that are pleasant but for me that day it was actually FUN I was able to joke around and totally be my ADHD self and feel welcomed and safely watch the work be done simultaneously not being treated like "hovering hawk" ..... basically they understand human curiosity or someone wanting to just watch over their protected valued car and not be shewed away like a pest. They still followed safety protocol but let me feel involved to a degree. Loved this place!
