Which means I drive using hand controls, and when I get out , the driver's seat goes with me. I've tried to have tires replaced at other shops with no success. The boys that worked there were either to unintelligent to figure out a way to drive the car onto the lift or to afraid to. At Walmart I suggested I drive it into their concrete bay myself, get out via my van ramp, and they use a floor jack to change the tire. They stated,and I quote. "Using a floor jack to change tires, would jeprodize our safety ". Umm... a mechanic using a floor jack on a flat, solid , concrete floor,to change a tire. Is unsafe? So a scissor jack on the side of the road by a layman, and we're good? Not here! Here the men just put a chair in the drivers side, and used the hand controls to safely and carefully manipulate my vehicle onto the rack, and fix my vehicle. I won't go anywhere else anymore. They were friendly, and helpful, and let my Basset hound hang out in the lobby with me. Which is not fancy,and expensive. They didn't serve me lattes and have the big screen on Lifetime while I sat next to the kids play arena in the lounge...It's a shop, a real shop, where they spend their money on real mechanics. And when I asked about a warranty he said "you pick up and nail and bring it back and I fix it. If a side wall gets torn out we replace it." So real men work here. For a moment I thought it was 1978...
