  I loved the people I met with in the office. I didn't have any problems, and if I had questions they were quick to answer with reliable information. I've rented here before and will again.

  First of all, I want to say that KYLE AT OAK RIDGE is AMAZING. He's getting 5 stars. He made my nightmare experience so much better. I am forever grateful for all of the assistance Kyle gave me. He went above and beyond. I went to pick up my rental about 4:30 - 5:00 on my schedule date. I got about 15 minutes on the road when the low oil light and message came across the heads up display. I turned the car around to take it immediately back to Enterprise, called Kyle. Kyle kindly stayed late to wait for me. We went back and forth about certain options, and at my request we had a mechanic look at the vehicle. The mechanic found a crack in the wheel well when doing an oil change. Kyle was super apologetic the entire time and went out of his way to give me a rental to drive to the airport in Knoxville to pick up a new rental. This ended up delaying my trip by several hours, causing several logistical changes, and was incredibly stressful. When I went to drop off the rental in Florida, the staff was unfriendedly. One agent went out to inspect the car; when she returned, she asked me, "Why is the license plate different?" This remark felt incredibly accusatory. I was shocked. I had not done anything to the license plate whatsoever. It was so frustrating to be treated this way after everything I had to deal with just to pick up the rental. Kyle is the only reason I will use enterprise again.

  I am so mad at this time. I can to get a car I had reserved. When I got here was told that I needed a credit card to rent it and was not told that prior to getting here. Now having to go to Clinton to get a different vehicle.
