Now they are saying they have to charge everyone and no more Complimentary coffee. I just found out LUVs gives truck driver free drinks hot and cold if you fuel Up there with the luvs card. Well I was a dedicated pilot customer for 20 years not anymore. Hello LuVs goodbye pilot

I asked how to void or pay the rest on another card. She voided it and said it might not be refunded at all and I was like what?? So y'all just get my money for free? Then I proceeded to talk to my friend and ask her opinion like what so I won't get refunded? I just won't get my money back?? She proceeds to say no that's not what I said and the guy on the other self checkout says that's exactly what she said and she got mad and kicked us out and "refused our service" we did get refunded but your staff needs to understand your systems and not be contradictory ane tell customers two different things. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never stop here again.
