  Strictly Brothers have the most friendly and professional employees. Bought a car and they made sure every tail light signal light everything worked. They didn’t have the right filter because it was a foreign car, but they even went and got one and brought it back and put it on in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this business to everyone.

  We have had the oil changed in our saturn relay minivan at newport oil/lube at least 10 times. Today we learned that the new owners..Strickland brothers..refused to change the oil because of the type of van.(?)Not that they didn't have the filter in stock..they just refused. They wanted us to purchase this stabilizer they sell..we declined. This is a small community that depends on the locals. This local is going to tell anyone and everyone not to go there

  Always get great customer service. The wait is never long. They are informative and always ask to make sure you want the extra service. Reasonable priced. Would recommended to family and friends.

  I think it’s unprofessional for the guys to smoke cigarettes while working on vehicles. Other than that I would come back due to my experience being easy, friendly and fast.
