Although aggravated, i agreed to let them reschedule me as they said they would make it right. Well let me tell you. Not only did they own their mistake, but went completely above and beyond in making it right. Customer service like this is almost a thing of the past, and I’ll say I was overly impressed which how they handled this. This is one overly happy and grateful customer!
