  I've been going to Newport Quick Lube since moving to the area in 2023. I've never been disappointed in their service. Waiting times are short, and not only do they change the oil and filter, they check and fill windshield washer. Most recently, they also checked to see if all outside lights are in working condition. I will continue to depend on Newport Quick Lube for my oil changes.

  Was my first visit and everything met my expectation. I requested and received high mileage oil. I used the coupon that I had received in the mail. And my final cost was within what I thought it would be. I will definitely bring my truck here when it’s time for the next oil change.

  Went to this place 3 days in a row and they’ve yet to change my oil. Always has an excuse about the internet or a spill or something if you open at 8 am you should be ready for business at 8 am not showing up to get ready at 8 am. I’ve went to this place for years, but after the new owners took over things have went downhill. I do believe I’ll take my business elsewhere. Crazy that a 10 min stop has turned into an hour of nonsense. I get the weather has been bad but as a business owner you should take the necessary precautions to make sure when you’re open for business you can actually conduct business.

  Last trip for me there my oil change and let me say that's all I got was a oil change and was charged 75.00 for it it cost me 25.00 more than it did last change will not be taken anymore of my vehicle s back and I have four that did it for me I asked why is it costing me 25.00 more for my oil change and they said O Strickland Brothers bought it I said and they want us to pay for it for them that's ok they just lost four vehicles of mine that was regular service there I'll be looking else where and I'm sure I can beat that no problem
