I get a text that my car would be here at 3:30 and no car no call,I called no answer just next representative available will be with you then no one is available, call back later. I call back at 4 then 4:30,5:00 5:30.Newport and Customer service until 8pm. Sometime between 5:30 to 6:00 I finally get a customer service agent who called Newport and they got put on hold and they were contacting corporate manager and they would call me no one calls it's now after 8:00 and all I got was lies,they said they would get corporate to call and let them know it was an emergency because I needed the car to get to my job.It was nothing but a lie.I may contact Don Dare,and if I lose my job because of a breach of contract on their behalf I am looking into legal actions. Do not rent from this sorry careless, place.I have never had bad experiences here prior to today and this is the last time I do business with a negligent company who has no regard for truth or integrity. YOU NEED A ZERO BUTTON 0-5,they don't deserve a 1,this is going on my local Newport Facebook page in the morning or maybe tonight. Hope you get what you deserve, entitled rich people.
