- NUNicole UnislawskiMar 26, 20265.0I initially rented a car through a third party website which was my first issue this trip, then my flights were delayed and with the time change I didn’t consider I would be late for pickup and my initial rental was rented elsewhere. I received a call from a kind man with an accent whose name I wish I could remember who checked in on me and helped me (stuck in an airport a thousand miles away) get a new car (even though I was quite cranky). Then when I showed up to pick it up, Lionel (downtown Nashville) was at the front desk and he incredibly kind and helpful. I was having a rough time when I dropped the car off and happened to run into Lionel again while waiting for my uber to the airport who was the most compassionate and grounding presence and I can’t thank him enough for simply being the human that he is because I needed it in that moment. I would rent a car from the 6th Ave Nashville location again just because of Lionel and the kind man with the accent. Thank you to you both SIXT is lucky to have you.
