  ZERO STARS. DO NOT GO TO HERE. I brought my 2019 Tucson into the Antioch location and was told that i needed a new catalytic converter. i spent over $2500 for the work. Less than two weeks later, my vehicle started to rough idle and brought it back to the location. The mechanic and front desk claimed that i had put diesel into the tank. (which wasn’t the case due to the gas station not carrying diesel.) i decided to get a second opinion. Second opinion states that the catalytic converter wasn’t even changed and they welded the leak. Please do not go to the location.They charge you for things that they didn’t complete and is a totally scam.

  The staff here at precision tune are the best, they don’t over charge and if you ask a question they will give you the best answer and good advice. They are especially helpful to women because most of us don’t know anything about cars. I have been coming to precision tune for 20 years and the service is completely wonderful. Thank you 😊

  About 2 years ago I brought my car in to have an adjustment arm changed out. This cost me $2300 dollars. Not only do I think they changed the part out, they dismantled all of the break lines and safety covers under the car and did not make a single attempt to put any of it back. My break lines has just been hanging inches from the road for over 2 years but hidden by the tire. This is criminal negligence. Don’t trust these people with your money or your safety.
