  Went in last weekend for a flat. They were the only place with the tire I needed and that would change it same day. (Sunday) They truly saved me! And everyone there is top notch in customer service. The technician took the time to explain everything to me and with a good sense of humor! The ladies in front were kind and helpful and truly made my short time waiting go by even faster. 5 ⭐️ service from start to finish!!!

  Had a flat tire out of nowhere. Changed to the spare and drove directly to Mavis Tire/NTB in Bellevue. The whole crew was so amazing. They were super busy when I walked in, but handled everything with grace and kindness. The mechanic was so helpful and personable.

  Megan and Tim were great! They quickly assessed my needs and solved the problem with my tire. Megan was welcoming and pleasant from the moment I entered the business and was genuinely grateful for my business. This is the service performance that should be everywhere and I will continue doing all future business at this location. Thank you Megan for being kind and Tim, you’re an absolute gentleman!

  I had a really great experience at NTB. The team was professional, honest, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need—which I really appreciated. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car in a way that actually made sense, and I felt like I could trust their recommendations. Service was quick, the shop was clean, and the staff kept me updated the whole time. It’s hard to find a place that balances good customer service with solid work, but this location definitely does. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to others!

  Took my car in for a flat- there was a nail. Decided to replace that tire and another one. The next day, one of the new ones was low. Refilled air. 3 days later, it was flat. They pulled it off, and the rim was cracked. I did not have this issue of a tire going flat before they changed them. They told me they couldn’t have done it and that doesn’t happen, but there are multiple reports online of other NTB stores doing this; and that it is possible. They then told me it was cheaper to fix it than to get a new one- also not true. Plus, an alloy wheel is compromised and can be a safety issue if repaired. They also told me it was safe to drive across town (at high speeds) with a cracked wheel. That’s life endangering. Let me also say that I’ve always been super nice to these guys, even bringing them pie, and they are willing to put my safety at risk.
