  Update: after a 2 hour wait Mitch who doesn’t even work at this location, he is with Enterprise and was volunteering at this location as a favor to someone, finally got a car for me and saved the day! Mitch was great, everyone else sucked. Had a flat tire this morning, they towed the car and booked a swap car at enterprise. I got a ride to enterprise at lunch where they had no cars available and did not know I was coming. Escalated the case and I’m still waiting for someone to call me and fix this.

  The National Car Rental was quick and easy. Once we got out of the airport went straight there and got into the car in minutes. No hassle. Likewise in car return, drove it in and parked it, got an itemized receipt sent to my email and hassle-free experience. The car held up as well. We rented a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, very economical, lacks a little power but not a big deal. Overall pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend using National as a car rental service.

  This vehicle was dirty and drove like something was wrong with the vehicle. On day one the front passenger tire was loosing air and had to pay a dealership to fix the tire when on my trip. The rental ended early because there was a flat on the rear driver side. Found maxipads and tampons next to the driver’s seat and under the seats. I love working with my Nashville branch because of the customer service and support, amazing people. My frustrations this time was with roadside assistance and the 1-800 number for National. Too many calls with people that could not help or told me to call back during business hours.

  For my recent week-long rental in Nashville for the RX Summit Conference, the experience was truly exceptional. The service felt reminiscent of the era when the long-standing value and comprehensive benefits of the Emerald Executives Club clearly distinguished it from basic same-day sign-up programs. I commend the staff for their unwavering professionalism, which consistently reinforces National's high brand standards.

  Initial car key fob broke the next day. I had to pick up a super tiny, no frills car from the closest enterprise. The car shook the entire time while driving. The ac barely worked and when you had it on it shook even more. Never reimbursed for the trouble or the car downgraded. To add to it had to buy a new phone charger as mine was in the non working car. Very poor customer service, and way to pawn off such a crappy car to someone who had to get to a business meeting.
