- NMNicolette Moroney1 day ago3.0No problems with the oil change and tire rotation. But they said I needed front brakes with new rotors $550 and my back brakes looked good. I passed. When I went to a real mechanic they replaced my front AND rear pads (I didn't need rotors) $360.

They told me and advertised the oil change would be $85 and then added hidden fees after they completed the job and required I pay the fees to get the car back. I haven’t ever had this happen at a Jiffy Lube or auto repair shop. So it is really disappointing. I am not using Jiffy Lube again and am reporting this location to the TN consumer protection agency.

Only after giving us the oil change did they tell us they didn’t have the coolant for the car (that we later bought on autozone for $20). Then they charged us more than $160 for the oil change! On the wall it was posted 49.99 for the oil change. Apparently I need synthetic oil. And that cost $160 instead of $50. Fine. But couldn’t you have told me that before doing it along with the price? This was my last time at JiffyLube.
