- RSRyan Schmidt1 day ago1.0Don’t go here. They will not stand behind their work. I went in for an oil change and left with a leaking drain plug. When I went back they claimed it was leaking when I brought it in the first time. Despite there being no leaks in my driveway before, no notes on my invoice, and no one telling me in the store. They told me there was nothing they could do other than top off a leaking oil system. Go to Bass Tire instead

- JHjinxx hooksMar 16, 20261.0I would leave a 4 star for the service BUT when you can do an oil change as well as change an air filter cheaper buying the stuff from a parts store, it’s a slap in the face. My husband is a first responder and I took his car ( 09 fusion mind you) to Jiffy for an oil change so when he runs calls I can rest assured he’d get there, and walked out spending over $100 on an oil change I could’ve done for $30, the people were friendly enough but they charged me for an extra quart of oil (didn't even tell me until it was time to pay). I have went to several quick oil change places (for multiple health and weather reasons) and none of them have ever charged more than $75 - $85 after taxes and have always been upfront with the costs of extra’s. The people were nice enough but i much rather do it myself from now on and know the costs of repairs then what feels to me as being scammed for an oil change and air filter.
