  I’ve always had great experiences with Enterprise, but this was my first time using the truck rental location—and wow. The level of professionalism truly stood out. I came in dealing with some urgent issues and needed a refrigerated truck quickly, so I wasn’t exactly expecting to leave smiling—but that’s exactly what happened. Shannon Fayne was exceptional. He made the entire process seamless, stayed professional throughout, and his positive attitude was contagious. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into a genuinely great experience. Five stars all the way—Shannon is a true asset! Thanks for the pics😊

  KD and Shannon are top notch. Rented a pickup for a day and had a fender bender, my fault, and it happened to be with another enterprise vehicle no less. They have both been nothing but kind and up front about the process I’m now going through to make it right. Will continue to rent here as long as I’m still allowed to 👍🏼
