  Tristian is awesome he went above and beyond to make my rental process as smooth as possible. He’s incredibly professional yet down to earth. This will be my go to location should I ever need to rent a car in the future.

  East Nashville location was so understaffed that it took almost two hours to pick up a pre reserved car. There were three people in front of me… I rented a minivan to drive to Knoxville and pick up my daughters from their grandparents. It snowed the entire time. Blizzard style. Driving 40 miles per hour on I-40. Couldn’t see on top of salt from the road…windshield wiper fluid would not come out. I checked the tank. Full. Motor must have been broken. I drove almost 8 hours, in a snowstorm, 4 hours with my small children, not being able to clean the windshield unless I pulled over and wiped it. Dangerous BS I didn’t sign up for especially after paying $300. Do better corporate. The only reason I gave even 2 stars is because the staff were beyond amazing.

  The car was wonderful except for one major problem…my fiance and daughters had to drive 8 hours in a blizzard with no wiper fluid to the windshield. What does that mean? Blinding snow, salt from the road, and no way to clean the windshield. For 8 hours. The fluid tank was full of wiper fluid but it would not dispense. I am beyond disappointed with the lack of quality control when it comes to a vehicle my family is riding in.

  Awesome experience. The guy at the front desk of 3206 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN is the best. All employees were super friendly and helpful!
