  1.Received my vehicle an hour late. 2.A week has gone by and this location still has not checked my car in after I dropped it off. Yes, you read that right. I returned the car on time but a week has passed and they haven't even done their part of checking it off as returned. I've used this location 3 times prior and it was smooth and easy every time. I believe management has changed, so customer service and accuracy has changed too. Feels very scammy nowadays, Enterprise.

  Absolutely terrible experience. Staff is terrible compared to the Charlotte Ave location. There’s no way these reviews are real.

  Smooth pick up and drop off. Bryce and Angie were helpful with everything and had great recommendations for things to do around Nashville!

  Enterprise pulled the classic bait-and-switch. I booked a luxury vehicle (BMW/Audi class) through Costco Travel, then received a call the night before saying the vehicle wasn’t available—but they would “graciously” offer a Hyundai Sonata for the same price. I canceled immediately and booked with Sixt instead. From what I understand , this is a fairly common Enterprise tactic, especially with reservations made through third-party sites. Proceed with caution and consider booking elsewhere. 🚫🚗

  At Enterprise, when we needed questions answered, we could actually talk to a human being at the branch where we picked up the car. This is a huge plus!
