  The car was not clean and the brakes squealed horribly. I did tell the attendant at the gate but he just blew me off saying some brakes do that. It was embarrassing to be in a premium car with brakes that sounded like that. Also, I paid for a tank of gas but I still had gas when I returned the car. I was told I would be refunded for the gas but I did not get it. Not the best experience this time.

  I have never any issue with enterprise before. Pick up always flawless. Friendly staff at pix up and drop off. This particular rental we picked up in Nashville and same drop off. Time is against us, so we did check in in line and then off we go. We don’t think that the car has been cleaned at all. Sticky brown residue on the controls I was gonna just return it and grab another vehicle. It just the hassle and time I have to spend. Next time please clean your car thoroughly do the next customer

  I rented from Enterprise twice in the last month. One car from the Indianapolis airport and one car from the Nashville airport. I don’t know how enterprise trains their people, but every last one of the employees was delightful. They were all knowledgeable, answered my questions, and were beyond polite. Actually, both experiences were simple and efficient and kind. Enterprise is my company from now on. It’s unusual to have good customer service these days, but to have eight different employees in two different states, and a ninth employee who replied to my text, all be wonderful to deal with? That’s a company that deserves my loyalty.

  I had a 5 day getaway trip planned with my wife and two other family members to Nashville.I rented a standard SUV.I made the rental reservation online and checked in online which bypassed the counter at the airport and took me right to the pick up location on the 1st level parking garage .The Enterprise rep.took care of me right away and drove up in a Jeep Wagoneer.A nice upgrade to say the least.No issues at all with pick-up or drop-off.Excellent experience all the way around.

  I rent Dodge Durango GT from Enterprise during my work conference in Nashville, it was a bit of a last minute decision, but at least I made the right decision, the car itself came in a mint condition has very low mileage on, and driving performance was great, it made my trip to Nashville even better. Plus Addison, and his colleague at the counter, were so helpful with the information and so friendly to talk with, also the girl staff at the garage who showed me to my car was as well very nice and helpful with the features, Airport staffs at the exit and return points were also very friendly too, love that energy of everyone in Nashville. I'd definitely recommend and will rent with Enterprise again, thanks guys keep doing great.
