  I've used Enterprise before and have always been really happy with them. All reservations now have to be made through a computerized system, you can't just talk to another person anymore. Even if you get a person at a specific location, they'll transfer you to their system.

  Wonderful experience.I’ve had to get a rental from enterprise a few times in the past and everyone I’ve dealt with was so helpful. Unfortunately, Will from this location was someone I’d never want to have to deal with on my worst day. Thankfully it was nothing more than a phone call but even that was enough for me. Mitch, on the other hand, was amazing and is someone who actually enjoys his job and cares about the people he meets and helps. I truly hope everyone gets the pleasure of meeting him. Also, I never got the survey after dropping my car off so I could brag about Mitch! Please give him the recognition he deserves.

  When I called to inquire about transportation for my students, I was greeted by the nicest gentleman with a Caribbean accent and truly a heart of gold. He was incredibly patient, professional, and willing to help answer all of my questions. It’s always refreshing to speak with someone who takes the time to be kind and genuinely helpful. Enterprise is lucky to have him representing their team!
