    On 4/19 I scheduled a personal economy compact vehicle to return on 4/23. Upon seeing the car I was informed on the front passenger tire having zip ties on the rim of the tire. After arriving home I saw that all four tires have the rims zipped tied. This is a safety hazard amongst other things as well. I was charged $275 for the car and was asked if I wanted to pay an additional $30 a day for vehicle protection. That would be nearly $400 to rent a car that is unsafe for the roads. I was shocked enterprise was allowing customers to drive this vehicle. Hertz rental car down the road provided a vehicle of the same price the week prior that had no safety hazards and was a 2026 Buick crossover.

    If you need a rental.….this is the place to go. I was in a bad accident. They set me up with a car and I was allowed to extend it. The price they quoted was what I paid. Their staff is top-notch!!!

    Good car rental experience from this location. Car was pretty clean upon pickup, but their lot/property/grass is covered in trash.

    So the white manager ? didn't want to help me but as soon as a white couple walked in, he was all of a sudden free to help them. Didnt have my rental ready and had to wait around. No compensation. No apologies. Literally a couple with no reservation left before me. Worst customer service experience
