    Always come to Volvo , great car and great service . just be good if volvo make a bloody pickup like the RAM because i am a farmer and that would be very good on the local market .

    After being a loyal, satisfied, Volvo of Nashville service customer since 2021, I am now as of January 7, 2026, a completely dissatisfied customer. I had an appointment for my 2019 Volvo XC 90 for the 60,000 mile service and to also replace the front brakes. I also had a check engine light which was previously diagnosed as needing the purge valve replaced. I have a service agreement up to 100,000 miles or 72 months and the car is still under the warranty contract. I was on time, signed my car in, and let the service advisor know I would be leaving the car with them because I had a doctor appointment across town. At no point during the making of the appointment or the sign in at drop off did the new service advisor tell me that Volvo of Nashville has ceased accepting any other warranty contract claims except for exclusive VOLVO contracts. Apparently because I left to go to a doctor appointment they ceased work on my car and waited until I returned at 2:00. Around 3:00 the service advisor came to advise me I needed front brakes which I already knew and authorized the work at my 9:00 AM drop off. Then the real problem came up…my car needed the purge valve replaced and the service advisor is now notifying me that the dealership will not process my repair under my service contract because it’s not a brand name VOLVO contract. During my previous 50,000 mile service the dealership did take care of a bad key fob under the same service contract they are now denying to use for my purge valve replacement. I dropped off my car at 9 AM as scheduled, they completed the 60,000 mile service, spark plugs, and front brakes, denied to repair my purge valve, and I my car was not ready until after 5:00 PM. All the services provided fall under their Express Services. I have never been held up this many hours for basic express services. Since the dealership no longer will complete warranty repairs under my service contract I will no longer be a patron or recommend Volvo of Nashville as they do not appreciate loyal service customers.

    I recently purchased a 2025 Volvo XC90 from Nashville Volvo and had a great experience. I have purchased many cars over the years and will say that I hate the process of buying a car. But, I had a great experience with Bob Reuter. Bob is very knowledgeable about the Volvo line of cars and took the time to make sure that I understood all my options. Once I decided he walked me thru all the features of my new vehicle. I felt like I got a fair price on the car with no haggling or BS that I have experienced before. Bob made it easy and in just a few hours I drove away in my new SUV. I will be back!

    We got our new Volvo from Eliud Mendez. Eliud was very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process went very smoothly and we were in-and-out of the place in absolutely minimum time. Overall a very delightful and satisfying experience. Thanks Eliud!

    We were 1 week away from paying off our current vehicle (BMW), when a distracted driver totaled our car. We were “not” looking forward to having to car shop and to have a new car payment. After researching on-line, Nashville Volvo had a good selection so we decided to visit. We were immediately welcomed by Bob Reuter and after sharing our sad tale, plus telling him we were going to BMW next expecting to buy there, he started showing us cars. He was fabulous. He dialed in what our needs were and gave us multiple selections. We test drove and left with more info than we could imagine and we were completely satisfied that he had informed us well and truly. Our visit to BMW was much more “corporate”, and although they tried hard, they could not match us a to a vehicle we wanted even though we were planning to replace our BMW with a similar one. We called Bob, and he waited for us as we drove back and arrived near closing to go back over the cars and make a few changes. We left the dealership on Day 1 at close with all the info we needed to make a decision. We went back at open the next day, Bob took us for one more drive in the car we had selected (CPO). And we accepted the quote. He sent us to lunch, and while there, Bob texted to say that the loan was approved as we wanted, and the car had been detailed and was ready. We came home in our new car, we are extremely satisfied with the quality, care and service Bob and company provided, and we are looking forward to many years with our soon to be named Swedish Lady. Thank you Bob, and thank you Volvo of Nashville!!! P.S. - Don’t let the neighborhood put you off. The fact that they are “not” in a “Car Country” type setting with 15 dealerships is great!. These guys are one of, if not the oldest import dealers in all of Tennessee!
