My car sat there for five full days without anyone even touching it — I know this because I have a dashcam that recorded everything. No updates, no calls, nothing. I called several times, left voicemails, and nobody ever called me back. They didn’t offer me a courtesy car either, so I had to spend over $500 on Uber rides just to get to work while my car sat in their lot. When I contacted Volvo Customer Care to report what was happening, the next thing they did was unplug my dashcam, clearly trying to hide the fact that the car was being ignored. When I finally reached someone named Frank, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for an update on my car, his exact words were: “What do you want me to say? Should I just call you and say hello?” — and then he hung up on me. His behavior was disrespectful and absolutely unacceptable. After 11 days, they told me they still hadn’t fixed the issue because they “couldn’t reach CarMax warranty.” Ten days to make a phone call — really? I finally picked up my car exactly as I dropped it off, only dirtier and more frustrating. If you care about your time, your money, and being treated with basic respect, stay far away from Volvo of Nashville. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely untrustworthy. I’ve owned Volvos for years, and this dealership is a disgrace to the brand.
