My vehicle has a difficult to find cabin air filter and there was 30 minutes before they closed for the day — without hesitation when I requested, Ross got to work and replaced the filter, when most would come up with an excuse because of difficulty or closing time around the corner. Kudos to Ross and team for the great experience.
