  These guys are great. Really kind, efficient and does a great job. They normally have to order in my filters since my cars an import but generally get them in the same or next day. They find/fix simple things other shops don’t.

  I just purchased full synthetic oil change services from Groupon.com amounting to $72 and went to 4112 Hillsboro Pike Nashville, TN 37215. First issue: During the oil change I asked them to check and confirmed whether everything looked fine and if there are any needs for further service for changing any parts, leaking ….etc. because I needed to head to NJ by my car. They completed oil change and confirmed everything looked fine. When I went to the my place, I just checked oil filter pipe and I saw there were misses oil drips which might damage the engine, so I went back to the Valvoline service and showed it to them so they just wiped it with napkins and I asked them again please double check everything fastened and controlled properly . Instead of doing jobs they tried to give me verbal confirmation but I asked them written document what it just happened. I went back home parked my car then next morning when I was about driving I just checked underneath the car and saw some leaking. I took back to the car to the service and explained the situation again they just said the boss is not here and they can’t do anything about it and I should have submitted complaint to the customer service and I did. also they overcharged the service fee even I had groupon.com coupon and the guy was keep saying me they don’t work with Groupon.com and just few minutes later he asked me to Groupon.com barcode to enter into their service. This is biggest scam between Groupon.com and Valvoline that they are advertising lower service fee but when you just go to the Valvoline service, they overcharge you ( please be careful). Also you could find attached document they gave me and do not go Valvoline Hillsboro Rd service place. Even I am not sure they put full synthetic oil into my car because they just pour it from random unnamed jar instead of unopened and branded oil bottle.

  So if you want your car screwed up and have to pay thousands of dollars to have it fixed go to this place. They stripped the threads on the oil pan cap didn’t tell me until they had already messed the car up and had me pay for it before they even told me I had to ask if anything was wrong at first they lied now I’m having to take it to a mechanic and I plan on suing them seriously not just a joke not just a threat. I’ve taken numerous cars here for 25 years and never been treated this way before they tried to blame it on the car and on me and everything else the manager never would come and talk to me after I asked for him several times. Thank God for being able to record every single bit of what happened from the minute, I found out something was wrong. It will demonstrate how their story changed from when they first told me and what they said when I was leaving. My mechanic worked on the car a month ago he’s worked on it for 20 years. He would’ve known if something was wrong of this nature they kept trying to say all these other things were wrong with the car. I just wondered what kind of damage they did intention To try to cover up their other mistake.
