Said my oil filters needed to be changed. I agree. They do the oil change and then say they can't get the bolts off to change the oil filter and that I need to take it back to Honda and have them do it. You're telling me as a techician you could'nt get bolts off? Paid for the oil change thinking Honda could just change the filter since we already did the oil change. NOPE! They had to do another WHOLE oil change to change the oil filter. So $70 and vavoline and another $90 at Honda in one day. Technicians at Honda took the bolts right off, and said they didn't even look at my tires since my tire light was still on. I wouldn't reccomend this place even if it was th last place to get an oil change!
