Although the waiting customers were many, the staff lived up to their slogan that they work quickly but are never in a hurry.

I talked with the manager while I was waiting and was told the regional manager requires them to have all three bays open it if they have three people working. But that means they only have two cars being worked on at a time. They don’t tell customers this and there’s no way to leave the line once you’re in. Plus, he told me they were understaffed and people were taking breaks. This location is poorly run by the Regional Manager and I’ve spent two hours of my day here and don’t have that kind of time—who does? Save yourself from the awful experience.
