Check your stuff after coming here, it might be gone when you leave. If you leave that is, I had to wait 2 1//2 hours for an oil change and my oil change was an hour long. They need to train better or something because how does it take that’s long and HOW DO YOU LOSE MY DIP STICK!?!!???

I brought it back to the same location so they could check it, thinking maybe something just wasn’t tightened correctly. The technician told me there was a leak, but said it looked older and that they hadn’t noticed anything during my original visit. Since the leak continued, I took my car elsewhere for service and was told there was a crack in the oil housing caused by it being screwed on too tight. I’m now paying $900 to have it repaired. The employees were very kind and the customer service was great, which I appreciate. However, given this experience and the costly repair that followed shortly after my oil change, this will unfortunately be my last visit.
