Arrived and the truck had not been moved all day. Was offered no explanation or apology for the lie that I was told. Got my keys and left to never return. I have lived in Bellevue for over 40 and I share good reviews when deserved. I will be sure to share this experience as well with neighbors and coworkers. Would not recommend this business to anyone. This has happen to me several times at this shop.

Kristen? and Ashton) I’m bad with names were incredibly friendly and offered to fix my leaky tire for free. The manager was kind, transparent, and really made me feel like she cared about my situation. The tire guy let me see the work and even showed me the condition of my tire instead of just explaining it. I’m never going anywhere else for my vehicle needs. Absolute Must-Try!!

Took my car in for an oil change this morning and was checked in by a man named Chip, who definitely has a chip in his shoulder. Rude and dismissive, no eye contact for starters. Then he called me up to the desk to try and sell me an extra service to do with my brake fluid, but was so short and rude to me that there was no way I was going to have anything further done. I know that not everyone is super kind and cheerful, but when you will not even look at someone and act like the customer is an intrusion it’s a problem. This man should not be dealing with customers, period.
