My husband had an 8 AM appointment today and waited in your lobby until noon for tires. No one communicated any delay. The manager had to yell to get it moving and asked which car was his (already on the bay). My husbund and his car were obviously forgotten about after getting on the bay, likely no tech was assigned to his vehicle, so all the technicians were probably just thinking "not my job, not my problem". And let him sit for LITERALLY ALMOST 4 FULL HOURS. That’s not acceptable for a scheduled appointment. I'm a pissed wife. It also takes him an hour to get there and an hour drive back.
Don't be replying to this review asking for invoice information to further discuss the situation in an attempt to make yourself look good on the review... like you don't already know anything about this situation - how many 8am appointments do you book? And I literally just left this review after my husbund says he just left. You have the information to call if you really wanted to you don't need me to e-mail you for further inquiry

Kristen was absolutely amazing. We were traveling down to Atlanta and got a nail in our tire. We put the spare on and drove to Tire discounters and even when they were busy Kristen and her crew took the best possible care of us. She definitely added a smile to our day even in an unfortunate situation. Definitely recommend 11/10

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
