- SSSnow Salinas4 days ago1.0I took my car to get an alignment before I go to South Carolina for my granddads (who is was raised by) funeral. I hit a curb a while back and busted my tire and rim so I need to make sure it was safe for the 7 hour trip home and 7 hour tip back. When I came back to get my car, I found in parked off lot in a pay to park here spot, blocking another car and rammed into the crib. We went back in and they came out, looked at it and agreed that shouldn't have been done, and could have messed up the alignment. They said they would check it, so went to get a drink. When we came back they parked the car in another pay to park here spots off lot. Both times there were multiple empty parking spots on lot. They said it was good, that they allegedly checked it, but after all that I don't believe it. This is the WORST service I have received here, and I thought I had FINALLY found a trust worthy place, guess I was wrong. I will be filing a complaint if I get a parking ticket as well.

I had a nail in my tire during this awful snow/ice storm and they made sure I knew my options in tires/pricing and got me the right tire to get back on the road!
