    I use this wash for my work truck . I’ve had my membership for over a year now. I recently found out they were double charging me for the whole year. The manager email the head office and explained what had happened. I had to email customer service 3 different time in 2 weeks to find out anything. The lady emailed me back finally and said they could only refund me for 6 of the 12 months I was double charged. I will be canceling my membership and telling my coworkers to do the same and will go elsewhere where they will take care of their customers.Hope this helps and check to make sure you are not getting screwed over by them !

    DO NOT bring your vehicle to this location. In fact don’t bring it to any Take 5 carwash. They pack your vehicles in so close that if anything goes wrong there’s no time to avoid it or try and get anyone’s attention. Then when your vehicle is pushed into another vehicle repeatedly, causing damage they don’t contact you like they said they would. When you call the customer service line they “escalate” your request every time and just to be clear the escalation is going to take at least a month to get a response. And when you do get a response it’s an immediate denial email with no contact info to dispute. There’s no manager to speak with, no direct number to the claims team, just a random CSR with limited authority playing in your face for 4 weeks. I also have dash cam footage that was NEVER reviewed. I offered numerous times to provide and was declined. It appears they are placing blame on another vehicle except that vehicle immediately left and I can’t see their license plate in my video. But they can apparently see enough in their own footage to blame them but not provide any additional info to me. LUCAS the supposed manager of this location has NEVER reached out. I was told by 2 different employees that I would hear from a manager in 2 completely different time frames and as today marks 1 month since the incident occurred Lucas has NEVER made or attempted contact. The customer service supervisor DANI is worthless. She’s going to say she is escalating but again they consider a month of no contact as an escalation. The worst customer service in history. And yall can keep deleting the reviews but I will copy and paste that shit every again every time.
