    The manager Lucas was so helpfull! He seems like a great family man that takes pride in his job. He mentioned that he clears the vaccuums to allow for good customer experience. I respect that so much. Give that dude a raise. He is a gem.

    I will never return to this car wash again. I went through with my Honda Civic and immediately heard a crunching noise while inside the wash. After exiting, I noticed damage to my rim that clearly came from their equipment. I know for a fact this did not come from hitting a curb or anything else, because if I had, I would’ve needed to replace my tire — and I haven’t. When I brought this up to the manager, they tried to say it was just “a plastic thing.” What’s worse is that the manager even admitted that other customers have brought up this same issue before. If it’s not a problem with the car wash, then why does it keep happening to multiple people? I’ve canceled my membership and will never return. It’s frustrating and disappointing to see a business avoid responsibility for damage that’s clearly happening to more than one customer. Use caution before bringing your car here.
