  I had the BEST experience with Sixt! Literally Everyone was nice and helpful from pickup up to return. They upgraded for a low cost, they extended my time so I wouldn't get charged for another day (stuck in traffic), they also helped me out with my gas fill up options because I didn't have time to stop at a gas station to fill up (highways to airport in Nashville are a little confusing and many) Shout out to Jeremy, Daniel, and David. You guys are the best and made a stressful day absolutely stress free in the end and made my flight 😊 Thank you guys! Truly a Great experience!

  Beware these SCAMMERS Fiancé rented a car from this Nashville Int Airport location 1/15/26, and returned in perfect condition 1/17/26. A month later, on 2/20/26 they sent a damage claim on the vehicle for 700.00 damage to the rear bumper, caught by AI-assisted automated vehicle inspection. Added on 500.00 in appraisal cost, admin fee, diminution of value and sales tax, that they say is due in 2 weeks. They sent photos of the damage they captured in 4K with a photostamp of 1/15/26 at 4:34 pm. Photos taken 10 minutes after the vehicle rental began. We've used a SIXT location in Los Angeles multiple times in the past without incident, but this location at the Airport, or whoever ran the inspection is simply sending out damage claims in the hopes that the renter will pay out. Take your videos before and after of the vehicle, be wary for their worst.

  The attention is quick and friendly, however, I paid for a BMW X1 type-car and they gave me one of the tires with very low pressure which forced me to return. They traded it for a very bad alternative GMC. Very bad car!

  I rented a BMW X3 with them for 2 nights in Nashville, barely drove it, returned the car and a month and a half later they reached out and sent me a photo that I can’t even see saying there was a scratch and they are trying to charge me 1900 dollars for it. I HIGHLY recommend not renting from them but if you already did make sure to take photos and videos because this company is not to be trusted. I will be fighting to prove that I didn’t do this but simply didn’t need the headache of it so hopefully people will read this and avoid this rental company. Very disappointed since I have always prioritize Sixt rental because I enjoy having premium cars. Not worth the headache though.

  SIXT delivers luxury cars at a fair price. I had a weekday special which allowed me to rent a BMW at a cheaper rate than the other rental companies for their intermediate sized rental. The pick up and drop off was easy and text and email communication while I had the rental was very appreciated. Highly recommend and will rent from SIXT in the future for sure!
