  I’ve been renting cars for over 25 years, and honestly, I usually approach the rental counter with a bit of dread. Over the years, it’s typically meant long lines, getting asked a bunch of questions I already answered online, issues with the car I reserved not being available, or feeling like the agent is trying to upsell me on things I don’t want. That said, my recent experience with Sixt in Nashville was completely different. My girlfriend and I walked up to the counter because I had forgotten to add her as an extra driver. We were a little stressed since we had parked in the terminal lot with a 30-minute limit and didn’t want to get hit with extra charges. First surprise—there was no line. Then your agent Robin greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel immediately at ease. I explained the situation, and she quickly took both of our licenses and my credit card, added my girlfriend to the reservation on the spot, and told her she could go ahead and get the car out of parking. She then let me know that I had reserved a compact car and that none were currently available—which is usually the moment things go downhill. But instead, she immediately reassured me that she’d do everything she could to get me into a car quickly. With a calm, professional attitude, Robin called the lot, coordinated everything, and had me in a car and on my way in about 10 minutes. I was genuinely surprised—in the best way—by how smooth and pleasant the whole experience was. Like a lot of people, I usually book through Expedia and just pick the cheapest option, and I had never rented from Sixt before. But after this experience, I’ll absolutely check your site first moving forward. The level of customer service was far above anything I’ve experienced with other rental companies. I also want to specifically recognize Robin. She made such a strong impression that I honestly thought, “I’d hire her myself.” Please pass along whatever recognition you can—her customer service was outstanding. She not only made my day easier, she’s the reason I’ll be recommending Sixt to others going forward. My sincere thanks to Robin and the Sixt team for a great experience.

  I first started using the subscription service for the monthly BMW in Los Angeles and found the staff to be helpful with a great product. I'm now in Nashville and had one of the best customer experiences. Tressa was thoughtful, empathetic, and engaging and made sure I was given the best experience and product but more importantly welcomed me to Nashville as a HUMAN!! Thank you!!

  5 Star Review for the Nashville, TN SIXT location! Khalil (The K) was the BEST! Super knowledgeable and helpful! He got me in a vehicle quick, fast, and efficient! By far the best car rental service I’ve had in a while and I’m always traveling for business. Go see Khalil at SIXT in Nashville, TN Airport and get top tier service like I did!

  This was my first time renting from Sixt, and it definitely won’t be my last. The customer service was excellent — I felt genuinely valued and well taken care of from the start, even without any membership or status. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and there were great luxury vehicle options to choose from. Overall, a great experience!

  I had a fantastic experience with Sixt during my recent rental. I arrived a little later than expected and made it to the counter just before closing, but the associate was still incredibly pleasant, patient, and welcoming. I truly appreciated not feeling rushed. When I went upstairs to pick up the vehicle, the associate there was just as friendly and helpful. The entire team made the process smooth from start to finish. I rented a Mercedes-Benz GLE, and the vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and drove beautifully. The seats were extremely comfortable, and the ride was impressively smooth, it made the whole trip feel elevated. Overall, everything about this rental was seamless. I’ll definitely be choosing Sixt again.
