It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this attentive and personal. Because of Robin, my experience with SIXT at BNA was a positive one, and I would absolutely rent from this location again.

I didn’t get his name, however he was super positive and upbeat. sixt if you can find out who he was and give him some credit that would be amazing. I’ll be using Sixt more often. FYI stay away from Nashville Avis/Budget they’re terrible. They’ll hit you up with fake fees after you return the car. I had to fight for weeks to get money back.

Whenever you go to Nashville in particular and you get checked in by Marianna you’ll be in luck. Even Juvei when I returned my vehicle was stellar in customer service too 😊
