- DGDaniel GislaoMay 26, 20225.0This Penske truck rental office is located at the Home Depot near Gallatin Pike and Briley Pkwy, at the tool rental section on the right side of the building. I reserved a truck online on a Saturday for the following Tuesday, a clean truck in good condition was waiting for me when I arrived, check-in was quick and easy, and when I returned the truck the salesperson quickly did a post-trip inspection with me. (You also have the option of dropping off the keys if you return the truck after hours.) The price was right, and they did not try to up-sell me on insurance or add-ons, although equipment rental is an option. As an added bonus, you can leave your car in the Home Depot parking lot while you use the rented truck. A lot of truck rental places either do not provide parking, or charge for it. I WILL NEVER MOVE AGAIN, but if I ever need to rent a moving truck Penske will be my first option.

There first Christmas in 17 years I didn't spend with my kids. Oh btw I'm still waiting for reimbursement for the hotel room 4 months later. 🤨 I can't suggest Penske.
