I came here 3 times and asked that they give me a reliable truck because we (2 girls, my dog and cat) were driving a long distance, and over the mountains. The second day into our drive, in the middle of nowhere, a message comes up on and says "Check engine oil. Add engine oil." We couldn't believe our eyes. We called Penske and they told us to find a Loves truck stop, one that would service a Penske truck. Fortunately we found one 5 to 10 miles down the road. They said they couldn't help us until they heard from Penske and that could take a couple of hours. I said I don't have that much time, so I bought the oil. Then when the guy was putting in the oil, he said "Oh, your coolant is empty." So we got coolant too. I wasn't able to relax to rest of the trip for fear of the truck breaking down. Also, this truck had a deafening squeaking behind the passenger seat. We didn't try to return it for a quieter one because we didn't have time. They didn't have our car carrier at the truck location, so we had to drive across town for that, and we were on a strick time limit. We lost a few hours because of Penske's poor service. If I could give them a 0, I would!! How do I get a refund from them?
