He went through every detail of what he was checking on my car and gave me honest feedback of what I needed to get done. I’ve been going to NTB in Bellevue for all of my car needs since the early 2000s and I was starting to think I was getting ripped off the last time I came in, but they recently got a new team hired and David as the new head and I feel much better about continuing to come back for car services.
